- August 29: Take 13 hours of my life (but it'll seem like 21 with the time difference) to fly to Madrid, arrive at 8:30 AM on August 30
- August 30: Arrive in Madrid at 8:30 AM. Have a meeting, tour the city of Madrid.
- August 31: Tour El Museo Prado and Museo Reina Sofia.
- September 1: Depart for Toledo, tour the city.
- September 2: Depart for Salamanca, tour El Escorial, meet host family.
- September 3: Placement test, begin intensive classes with other (mostly) American students.
- September 14: Intensive class ends, figure out registration for "real" classes.
Also, go to a bullfight. - September 24: "Real" classes at the Universidad begin!
- October 6: Segovia Excursion
- October 19-21: Córdoba Trip
- October 26-28: Granada Excursion
- November 1-6: Program trip to Morocco!
- November 14: Huelga General (General Strike)
- November 22: Thanksgiving in Spain
- November 23-25: Lisbon Excursion
- November 29-December 2: Trip to Rome to visit cousin Maggie
- December 14-23: My boyfriend comes to visit me!
- December 22: ISA Program ends, I have to say goodbye to all my fantastic friends.
- December-January: Family visits!! Madrid, Salamanca, Bilbao & Barcelona

What a wonderful tour of Rome you presented for us. Your thoughts and pictures brought back fond memories. So glad that you and Maggie were able to share the adventure.

P.S. On a sadder note - we have been glued to the TV all afternoon as the senseless shooting
tragedy at the elementary school unfolded. Found your Facebook comments very moving.
